Job summary

Yorkshire Water is seeking two Solution Architects with Azure specialism in either Customer or Asset domains. You will translate business needs into scalable cloud designs, drive governance across APIs and integrations, and provide technical leadership to delivery teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Solution Architect in a Microsoft Azure environment.
• Understanding of customer service or asset management domains and related tech.
• Experience with CRM or digital customer platform solutions and integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge of secure, scalable cloud architectures.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into innovative, scalable Azure designs.
• Lead governance across APIs, integrations and platform services.
• Provide technical leadership to engineering teams delivering cloud solutions.
• Shape customer or asset strategy and roadmaps for the organisation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and champion architecture governance.
