Job summary

Client Server Limited is seeking a Technical Support Manager (Azure M365) in Preston with a hybrid work pattern. The role involves leading a team of cloud and infrastructure engineers, coaching for advanced issue resolution, and delivering high-quality technical guidance to customers.

You will have strong Azure, Microsoft 365, and broader infrastructure knowledge, plus excellent communication and customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a technical team in an MSP or consultancy environment.
• Hands-on technical with strong troubleshooting skills.
• Strong Azure, Microsoft 365 and wider infrastructure knowledge.
• Advanced communication and customer-facing skills.
• Experience in developing, mentoring and upskilling team members.
• Hold SC Clearance or eligible (UK citizen for 5 years).
• Experience with Google Workspace and/or GCP is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of cloud and infrastructure engineers.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance while improving delivery standards.
