Job summary

Akkodis is seeking an experienced Cloud Integration Engineer (Azure) for a 12-month FTC. The role is predominantly remote in the UK with occasional travel to offices.

You'll design and build integrations across cloud and enterprise applications, focusing on modern patterns and APIs in a collaborative engineering team. You’ll work across requirements, development, testing, deployment and support, using Azure, APIs, event-driven architectures, and automated pipelines.

Qualifications

• Experience building integrations in Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with APIs, messaging and event-driven architectures.
• Experience connecting cloud apps and enterprise systems.
• Hands-on development with C#, JavaScript, Python or similar.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and automated deployment pipelines.
• Understanding of source control and modern engineering practices.
• Experience supporting integrations in live environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and build integrations between cloud and enterprise applications across the full lifecycle.
• Take ownership from requirements through development, testing, deployment and support.
• Work with Microsoft Azure and modern integration patterns to build APIs and event-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with engineers, analysts and product teams to deliver reliable, scalable integrations.
• Contribute to deployment processes, monitoring and documentation to improve supportability.
