Azure Software Engineer – (Outside IR35)

We are looking for an experienced Azure Software Engineer to join TLP Consultancy Ltd as an outside IR35 contract at Burgh Heath near Epsom, Surrey. Initial 6‑month contract, daily rate £400‑£450.

Scope of Services

• Design, build and integrate services using Azure Functions, APIM, REST APIs, C#/.NET and JavaScript
• Develop and support applications using Azure SQL / SQL MI
• Deliver data pipelines and ETL workflows using Azure Data Factory, Databricks / Spark (Python) and Azure Storage
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure using ARM templates (Azure DevOps or GitHub)
• Support testing, releases, monitoring and production stability
• Collaborate with engineers and business stakeholders, including occasional onsite sessions

What You’ll Bring

• 3–5 years’ experience managing and developing production solutions on Microsoft Azure
• Strong C#/.NET skills with systems integration experience
• Hands‑on experience with Azure integration and data services
• Proven track record in enterprise or legacy modernisation programmes
• Ability to deliver against defined scope, deliverables, and timelines
