Job summary

Crew Clothing Company in Kingston upon Thames is recruiting an Integration Developer to build and maintain connections between our eCommerce, ERP, WMS, and downstream apps. You will work in a small, focused integration team using Azure Integration Services to create data flows and APIs with real commercial impact.

The role offers a hybrid model (4 days in office, 1 day at home), 37.5 hours per week, and long‑term ownership of what you build as the company undergoes major platform upgrades before

Qualifications

• Solid experience in integration development — APIs, event-driven flows, or middleware pipelines in production.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus or equivalent.
• Comfortable with REST APIs, JSON, XML and authentication patterns (OAuth 2.0, API keys).
• Experience integrating ERP, eCommerce or logistics platforms is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integration flows between Crew systems — eCommerce, WMS, ERP, and downstream apps
• Own the Azure Integration Services layer — development, testing, deployment and monitoring
• Support warehouse go-live — monitor integrations during hyper care, respond to incidents, resolve failures
• Build eCommerce OMS integration layer — coordinate with delivery team to ensure integrations are built/tested
• Develop ERP integration components as ERP platform progresses — using a template from Technical Lead
• Write technical documentation for all integrations — runbooks, data flow diagrams, error handling guides
• Participate in on-call rota for integration incidents during peak trading periods
