Job summary

Zachary Daniels Recruitment is seeking an experienced integrations professional to build and maintain APIs and data flows for a growing consumer-facing platform. You will own solutions using Azure Integration Services and collaborate with delivery partners from a London-based team.

The role involves supporting warehouse go-live, monitoring live pipelines, and on-call shifts during peak trading, with a hybrid pattern (4 days in office, 1 day from home).

Qualifications

• Commercial experience building integrations in a production environment.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Integration Services, Logic Apps, Service Bus or a comparable integration platform.
• Strong experience working with REST APIs, JSON and XML.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, API keys and common authentication patterns.
• Experience building event-driven flows or middleware pipelines.
• A strong debugging mindset and the ability to resolve integration failures properly.
• The confidence to work independently and take ownership of delivery.
• Experience integrating ERP, eCommerce, OMS, warehouse or logistics platforms would be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain APIs, data flows and middleware integrations.

• Monitor live integrations, investigate incidents and resolve failures.
• Build the eCommerce and OMS integration layer.

• Produce clear runbooks, data flow diagrams and error-handling documentation.
• Work closely with internal teams and external delivery partners.
• Participate in an on-call rota during peak trading periods.

We are an established consumer-facing organisation investing significantly in the modernisation of our technology landscape. We are delivering a new eCommerce platform, a new third-party logistics partner and an ERP upgrade concurrently, and we are building an internal integration capability to take long-term ownership of how our critical systems connect. This is a hands‑on role based in London with 4 days in the office and 1 day from home, offering a salary of £50,000 - £65,000. You will work in a small, highly capable integration team alongside a newly appointed Technical Lead, with support from QA and Delivery Planning, and you will help build the integration layer that keeps orders moving, stock accurate and deliveries going out on time.
