Job summary

Bromcom Computers Plc is seeking a hands-on DevOps Team Manager to lead a 3-4 person engineering team responsible for the Azure-first SaaS platform. The role balances 70% hands-on engineering with 30% people management, overseeing delivery, operational controls and continuous improvement.

You will manage on-call rotations, enforce change governance, and drive reliability, security and performance across the platform in a multi-tenant SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• Proven line-management experience leading a DevOps, CloudOps or platform team.

Responsibilities

• Lead, line-manage and develop a team of 3-4 DevOps engineers, including at least one senior engineer; recruitment, onboarding, objectives, appraisals and performance management.
