Job summary

Thales Group in Doncaster is seeking a DevOps Engineer to help build and support a cloud-native platform within our UK Digital Competence Centre. You will implement secure Azure-based infrastructure, automate CI/CD pipelines, and enable development teams to deploy safely and efficiently.

You will join an agile team driving DevSecOps practices, with hybrid working in the UK and exposure to modern tooling, security, and production support.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with Azure cloud infrastructure and DevSecOps.
• Experience with Terraform or Ansible and IaC tooling.
• Ability to script in shell languages and automate tasks.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build secure cloud-based infrastructure on Azure.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and development tools.
• Automate deployment and release processes.
• Support and secure production and development environments.
• Collaborate with agile development teams and ensure compliance with security standards.
