Job summary

Bell Integration is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join the IP Development team in a Hybrid role (London-based office with remote work once a month). You will build and operate an Azure-based platform and CI/CD toolchain, enabling fast, reliable delivery across multiple products.

You will own CI/CD pipelines, manage IaC (Terraform/Bicep) for AKS/ACR and associated services, and embed observability and security. Collaboration with engineering, product and QA is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering CI/CD pipelines in Azure-based platforms.
• Strong IaC experience with Terraform and/or Bicep.
• Proficient in GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Hands-on with AKS, ACR, App Service/Functions and Key Vault.
• Familiarity with observability tooling and SLOs.
• Security-by-default mindset: IAM/RBAC, secret management, policy-as-code.
• Experience with containerized apps and cloud networking fundamentals.
• Scripting in Bash/PowerShell/Python; Linux fundamentals.

Responsibilities

• Own CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Azure DevOps): build, test, release, blue/green canary rollouts.
• Build and manage IaC for AKS/ACR, App Service, VNets, APIM/Front Door, Key Vault, data services.
• Embed observability with logs/metrics/traces and actionable alerts; maintain runbooks.
• Champion security-by-default across pipelines and infrastructure.
• Maintain DEV/TEST/STAGING/PROD parity, feature flags and safe DB migrations.
• Drive performance and FinOps tagging and monitoring; optimize costs.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, BAs and QA on release readiness and quality gates.
• Create templates and scripts to improve developer self-service.
