Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a hands-on Data Engineer to design, build and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines on Microsoft Azure. You will ensure governed, high-quality data is available for reporting and analytics across the organisation.

You’ll collaborate with Data Engineers, BI Developers and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions while improving the data platform and data governance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering production‑grade data engineering solutions.
• Strong Azure data platform expertise (ADF, ADLS, Synapse).
• Advanced SQL skills for modelling and optimisation.
• Experience with Python for data processing and automation.

Responsibilities

• Designing and building end-to-end ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Developing scalable data models and optimised SQL transformations.
• Monitoring data quality, reliability, and performance.
• Delivering data projects from concept to production.
• Enhancing the Azure data platform with Azure Data Factory, ADLS, Synapse Analytics, and Azure SQL.
• Implementing data security and governance controls.
