Job summary

Delta Capita is seeking an Azure CloudOps Engineer to design, operate, and automate cloud platforms across Azure and hybrid environments. You will implement IaC, enhance observability, and drive AI-assisted operations for reliability and efficiency.

The role requires 3+ years in cloud/DevOps roles, deep Azure knowledge, and experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and scripting. Hybrid/remote work is supported, with an emphasis on automation and self-healing capabilities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in Cloud Engineering, DevOps, SRE, or Cloud Operations roles.
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud infrastructure environments.
• Experience building and supporting CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps, or similar tooling.
• Strong scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, Python, or other languages.
• Experience administering Git and source control systems.
• Experience supporting cloud-based apps/infrastructure in production environments.
• Understanding of AI-assisted operations and AIOps concepts.
• Exposure to AI agents, automation tooling, or RPA concepts.
• Strong networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, routing, firewalls).
• Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and operate scalable Azure and hybrid cloud infrastructure.
• Define and manage IaC using Terraform, Helm, CloudFormation, and Ansible.
• Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure.
• Develop automation scripts and operational workflows.
• Implement observability, logging, and telemetry capabilities.
• Develop AIOps capabilities for anomaly detection and event correlation.
• Create automated remediation/runbooks and self-healing mechanisms.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis.
• Analyze telemetry to drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Infrastructure teams to improve reliability.
