Job summary

Delta Capita in London is seeking an Azure CloudOps Engineer on a 6-month fixed-term contract with hybrid/remote working. The role blends Cloud Engineering, DevOps, SRE and AIOps to improve platform reliability and automation.

You will design, deploy and operate scalable cloud infrastructure on Azure and hybrid environments, implement IaC (Terraform, Helm, CloudFormation, Ansible), build CI/CD pipelines, and develop automation and observability capabilities across product and infrastructure

Qualifications

• 3+ years in cloud engineering or similar roles
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud infrastructure
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and CI/CD pipelines

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support scalable, resilient cloud infrastructure on Azure and hybrid environments.
• Define and manage infrastructure using IaC tools: Terraform, Helm, CloudFormation, Ansible.
• Build and optimise CI/CD pipelines for applications and infrastructure.
• Develop automation scripts, deployment tooling, and operational workflows.
• Implement observability, logging, and telemetry capabilities.
• Develop AIOps capabilities for anomaly detection and automated remediation.
• Troubleshoot incidents and perform root-cause analysis across platforms.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, CloudOps and Infrastructure teams to improve reliability and efficiency.
