Job summary

Experis - ManpowerGroup in Manchester is seeking a Cloud Platform Engineer to build, optimise and support Azure IaaS & PaaS services within a rapidly growing global team. You will deliver Infrastructure as Code using Bicep/ARM and Azure DevOps, automate deployments, and support Zero Trust security.

The role requires 2+ years in Azure Cloud Engineering and IaC, with strong knowledge of Azure Compute, Storage, Networking and Identity, plus security best practices.

Qualifications

2+ years Azure Cloud Engineering experience.
2+ years Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM or equivalent).
Strong Azure Compute, Storage, Networking & Identity knowledge.
Understanding of cloud security and best practices.

Responsibilities

Build, optimise & support Azure IaaS & PaaS services.
Deliver Infrastructure as Code using Bicep, ARM & Azure DevOps.
Automate deployments and operational processes.
Support Zero Trust security using Entra ID, Conditional Access & PIM.
Monitor platform health, availability and performance.
Drive cloud cost optimisation and FinOps activities.
