Zusammenfassung

Triple Point seeks a hands-on Cloud Operations Engineer to operate and continually improve our Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environment. You will manage identity, endpoints, and governance as we expand cloud services, AI tools, and automation, collaborating with the Head of Technology Operations & Cyber, the Senior Cyber Engineer, and external partners.

Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience operating production cloud services (Azure & Microsoft 365).
• Experience with Entra ID/Active Directory, RBAC, Conditional Access & privileged access management.
• Experience managing endpoints with Intune and supporting Azure networking & cloud-hosted workloads.
• Familiarity with physical network infrastructure (firewalls, switching, print services) to support day-to-day ops.
• Ability to configure monitoring using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics & KQL.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive) & security controls.
• Experience with backup, disaster recovery, documented recovery procedures & testing.
• Familiarity with Defender technologies, patching & risk-based remediation.
• PowerShell scripting & understanding of cloud cost optimization.
• Experience collaborating through incident/problem/change processes with external partners.
• Strong communication, judgement & ownership mindset.
• Experience with IaC (Bicep, Terraform or ARM) and/or Python/Bash automation.
• Exposure to security alert tuning in a SOC environment.

Aufgaben

• Operate and continuously improve Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage Entra ID and Active Directory operations, including joiner/mover/leaver processes & RBAC.
• Maintain device enrollment via Intune and oversee endpoint configuration & security.
• Support Azure-hosted workloads and networking, and optimize cloud infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain runbooks; coordinate with MSP and SOC on incidents.
• Create meaningful alerts and dashboards using Azure Monitor & Kusto.
• Automate repeatable tasks with PowerShell; work with IaC templates (Bicep/Terraform).
