Job summary

KCI Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Cloud Infrastructure Administrator to support day-to-day Azure IaaS operations, ANF data protection, and AVD environments. You will manage VMs, networks, and storage, while collaborating with security and network teams to ensure reliable, scalable solutions.

The role emphasizes incident response, governance, and modernization initiatives, with emphasis on file services migration and ongoing operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or computer science or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of systems administration experience.
• 2+ years administering Microsoft Azure IaaS in production environments.
• Experience with Azure NetApp Files and data protection.
• Familiarity with Azure RBAC and standard built-in roles.

Responsibilities

• Create/maintain Azure Resource Groups and governance.
• Monitor Azure services using Azure Monitor and Log Analytics.
• Support incident response, change management and runbooks.
• Migrate file services to ANF and manage VMs/AVD lifecycle.
• Collaborate with teams on Azure-hosted workloads and security.
