Job summary

Reed in London is seeking an Azure Cloud DevOps Engineer to join an established Cloud DevOps team focused on Microsoft Azure. You will deploy, maintain and optimize cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, resilience and alignment with best practices.

You will work with developers and stakeholders, supporting cloud-based solutions through automation, monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience managing Azure environments.
• Knowledge of IaC and secure deployments.
• Experience with CI/CD and GitHub Actions.
• Understanding of Azure security and governance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Bicep templates.
• Deploy Azure resources through automated CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
• Monitor cloud infrastructure, applications, performance, availability and security.
• Identify, investigate and resolve infrastructure vulnerabilities and deployment issues.
• Troubleshoot cloud platform and application-related incidents.
• Collaborate with development teams to support deployments and improve cloud solutions.
• Provide guidance on Azure services, cloud architecture and best practice.
• Support the continuous improvement of cloud environments and operational processes.
• Ensure solutions are deployed securely and in accordance with established standards.
• Stay current with Azure technologies, trends and industry best practices.
