Job summary

Team Creation Limited is seeking a DevOps Engineer to join our AWS/EKS-focused team in the UK. You will automate infrastructure with Terraform, manage EKS clusters, and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or GitLab CI/CD and ArgoCD.

You will collaborate with developers and SREs to improve reliability, observability, and cost efficiency, while applying best practices in IAM, security, and incident response.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE or related roles focused on AWS/EKS.
• Experience building production-grade CI/CD pipelines on AWS/Kubernetes.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/Engineering/IT, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong problem-solving and production troubleshooting skills.
• Automation-first mindset with a passion for learning and improvement.
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, security and product.
• Chinese proficiency is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines for automated testing, deployment, and rollouts in AWS/EKS.
• Manage and optimize Amazon EKS clusters for container orchestration in production.
• Implement IaC using Terraform on AWS.
• Support live production AWS/EKS environments, including on-call rotation, incident response, root cause analysis, and blameless post-mortems.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, scaling, observability, and secure workload access across AWS services.
• Collaborate on improving system reliability, observability, security, and AWS cost optimization.
