Job summary

Circle Recruitment in Manchester is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer with extensive AWS expertise to own the DevOps function from our central Manchester office. The role focuses on CI/CD, SRE, and infrastructure as code, supporting software engineering teams and customers worldwide while partnering with product and operations to drive reliability and agility.

You will lead DevOps strategy, design and implement pipelines, automate infrastructure, monitor performance with ELK/Prometheus/Grafana,

Qualifications

• Solid experience in DevOps or SRE within complex IT environments, AWS focus.
• Proficient with CI/CD pipelines and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, Bicep).
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and Scrum/Kanban.
• Excellent AWS cloud platform expertise.
• Scripting skills (Python, Bash, or PowerShell).
• Experience with monitoring/logging tools (ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana).
