SmartRecruiters, Inc. is seeking an experienced Cloud Engineer to design, build, and maintain cloud-native applications using AWS serverless services.

You will contribute to infrastructure as code, microservices, and event-driven architectures while partnering with cross-functional teams to support DevOps practices. We value hands-on expertise across AWS Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, and related services, plus proficiency in languages like Python, Java, or TypeScript.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, SQS, Cognito, and CloudWatch.
• Proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, Golang, TypeScript, or React.
• Experience with infrastructure as code using AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Solid understanding of microservices and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with DevOps tooling and CI/CD processes.
• Experience with test-driven development and testing frameworks.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across the stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain cloud-native apps using AWS serverless services.
• Develop infrastructure as code with AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation.
• Build front-end and back-end solutions and contribute to event-driven architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot issues across the stack and improve DevOps processes.
