Job summary

AWS Professional Services seeks a Delivery Consultant (DevOps) to design, implement, and manage AWS solutions for UK clients. You will travel to customer sites 3–4 days per week and guide deployments with security and best practices.

You'll work with AWS teams to translate business goals into technical architectures, deliver on-site engagements, and mentor customers on cloud adoption, migration, and operation in enterprise environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent professional/military experience.
• Experience as technical specialist in design and architecture.
• Experience in software development with an object-oriented language.
• Experience in consulting, design and deployment of serverless distributed solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and deliver on-site technical engagements with partners and customers.
• Operate within an enterprise security program and develop a cloud security model.
• On-site delivery of projects using AWS services and security tech.
• Gather feedback with AWS teams to inform technology roadmaps.
• Share knowledge with customers, partners, and AWS staff through artefacts.
