Eden Hotel Collection Bovey Castle is seeking an Events Co-Ordinator to manage conferences, weddings and events from enquiry to delivery. You will read client visions to craft bespoke packages and ensure a memorable experience for guests.

The role requires a strong organiser with top-notch IT and admin skills, the ability to build rapport, and a drive to hit revenue targets while delivering exceptional service in a high-quality hotel setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in planning and delivering conferences, weddings or events within a hotel or conference facility.
• Strong people skills with the ability to build rapport and drive sales while delivering high service levels.
• Excellent organisational ability with attention to detail and the capacity to juggle multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Organise conferences, weddings and events from initial enquiry through to event day.
• Interpret clients' visions to create tailored packages and memorable experiences.
• Collaborate with the sales team and other hotel departments to ensure smooth delivery.
