Barclays Internal Audit AVP role based in Northampton requires delivering independent assurance across Barclays UK. You will assess risks and controls across customer journeys, business processes, digital channels, technology platforms, applications and data environments, including fraud and operational resilience.

Formación

• Experience in audit, risk, controls or assurance gained in internal or external audit.
• Strong stakeholder management with ability to influence and challenge.
• Proven critical thinking and problem-solving to analyze complex issues.
• Experience assessing risks across business processes, tech, digital env and data.
• Ability to use data and analytics to support risk assessment and audit testing.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver independent assurance across Barclays UK through risk-based audits of customer journeys, business processes, digital channels, technology platforms and data environments.
• Identify and communicate key findings and recommendations to Audit Owner, senior managers and directors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business, technology and control functions to ensure audits align with the plan and regulatory requirements.
• Utilize data analytics and technology-enabled audit techniques to assess control effectiveness and identify themes.
