Job summary

JMC Aviation is recruiting Avionic Technicians in Birmingham for a base maintenance contract on Boeing aircraft. Immediate start for a long-term, ongoing position with night shifts and a 17:30–04:30 schedule. On-site interview after CV acceptance, with a 4-hour trade test (unpaid).

CRC clearances from previous countries are required as part of the security process. LTD company insurance is required if accepted, and a mix of days and nights may be needed.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the UK.
• Previous base maintenance on Boeing aircraft.
• Available to start ASAP.
• IR35: Outside IR35 for this role.

Responsibilities

• Base Maintenance B737NG on Boeing aircraft.
• Work on a long-term ongoing contract in Birmingham.
• Adapt to day/night shift patterns as required.

Are you a skilled Avionic Technician looking for a new opportunity in Birmingham?
JMC Aviation are currently recruiting Avionic Technicians for a base maintenance contract starting ASAP, for a long-term, ongoing contract.

Avionics Technician – Birmingham
Start/End: Immediate – Ongoing
Rate: £36 days / £40 nights
Shift: Mon – Thurs nights
Hours: 17:30-04:30
IR35: Outside
Tools: Provided
Work type: Base Maintenance B737NG
Additional Info: Successful applicants will need to obtain CRCs from countries previously worked in within the last 5 years as part of the security process.
– On-site interview required if CV is accepted, then a 4-hour trade test (unpaid).
– LTD company insurance (£1m public liability) required if accepted
– May be required to work a mix of days & nights

To be considered for this role, you must have the following:

• Right to work in the UK
• Previous base maintenance experience on Boeing aircraft
• Availability to start ASAP
• For IR35 purposes, based on role-based determinations, this role is 'Outside IR35'
