Job summary

MPI Limited in Stansted, United Kingdom, is seeking a permanent Technical Services Manager to lead the Technical Services Department on-site. The role ensures compliance with Part 145 regulations, the MOE, and related procedures, with emphasis on timely, high-quality documentation to support safe, efficient engineering execution and CAMO airworthiness requirements.

Working Monday to Friday, 08:30–17:00, you will manage resources, develop the team, and maintain strong collaboration with customers

Qualifications

• Previous experience as technical services manager within aviation.
• University degree - preferably technical education or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide effective management of resources.
• Good leadership and customer interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Technical Services Department team to ensure deliverables meet Part 145 regulations, MOE and related procedures.
• Ensure documentation is produced on-time, of the highest quality, for safe and efficient engineering execution and CAMO airworthiness.

MPI have a requirement for a permanent Technical Services Manager to work on site at Stansted.

Monday to Friday - 08:30 to 17:00.

JOB PURPOSE:

Manage the Technical Services Department team to ensure the department deliverables are compliant with Part 145 regulations, company's MOE and related procedures.

The goal is to ensure that documentation is produced on-time, to the highest quality standard, allowing for a safe and efficient execution by engineers and meeting Part CAMO airworthiness requirements.

Qualifications Prerequisites:

• Previous experience working as a technical services Manager within avaiation.
• University degree - preferably technical education or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide effective management of resources.
• Good leadership skills and excellent customer interpersonal skills.
