MPI Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Services Manager to lead the Technical Services Department in the United Kingdom. You will ensure deliverables comply with Part 145 regulations, the MOE and related procedures, and you will coordinate resources to support engineers.

You will drive on-time, high-quality documentation and support CAMO airworthiness requirements, drawing on a university degree (preferably technical) and a proven track record in aviation management, leadership, and

• Experience as Technical Services Manager in aviation.
• Proven ability to manage resources.

Manage the Technical Services Department team to ensure the department deliverables are compliant with Part 145 regulations, company's MOE and related procedures.

The goal is to ensure that documentation is produced on-time, to the highest quality standard, allowing for a safe and efficient execution by engineers and meeting Part CAMO airworthiness requirements.

Previous experience working as a technical services Manager within avaiation.

University degree - preferably technical education or equivalent.

Proven ability to provide effective management of resources.

Good leadership skills and excellent customer interpersonal skills.
