Job summary

MPI Limited in Stansted is recruiting a permanent Technical Services Manager to lead the Technical Services Department on site. The role ensures deliverables comply with Part 145 regulations, the MOE and related procedures, with on-site oversight.

You will oversee documentation to the highest quality and timeliness, enabling safe and efficient work by engineers and meeting CAMO airworthiness requirements. Standard hours are Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:00.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a technical services manager in aviation.
• University degree - preferably technical education or equivalent.
• Proven ability to provide effective management of resources.
• Strong leadership and customer interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Technical Services Department to ensure deliverables comply with Part 145, MOE and related procedures.
• Oversee documentation production, ensuring timeliness and high quality.
• Coordinate with engineers to support safe, efficient field execution and CAMO airworthiness.
