Job summary
JMC Aviation is recruiting a Technical Services Engineer to coordinate maintenance activities and manage complex aviation projects. You will ensure on-time delivery within budget, producing detailed work packages and maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.
The role requires strong project management experience in aviation maintenance, plus proficiency with MS Office and Wings ERP. You will liaise with customers, vendors, and design organisations to align work scope with regulatory
Qualifications
- PM experience within an engineering environment.
- Experience in aviation maintenance, operations, CAMO, or manufacturing.
- Strong MS Office skills; Excel, Word, MS Project.
- Experience using Wings ERP or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate maintenance activities for on-time delivery.
- Create maintenance work packages and manage complex projects.
- Communicate with customers to plan work packages.
- Coordinate third-party vendors for services.
- Work with design organisations to meet regulatory approvals.
- Prepare pre-input reviews and customer meetings.
- Coordinate aircraft acceptance into maintenance.
- Identify and resolve critical path issues.
- Provide daily progress updates to customers.
- Instruct shipping on import/export procedures.
- Review aircraft library and logs.
- Assist Document Control with paperwork.
- Generate documentation for return to service.
- Support SBDM in managing customer expectations.
