Job summary

DEA Aviation Ltd. invites applications for a Junior Recruiter/Sourcing Specialist based in Lincoln, UK. You will create, post and manage job advertisements, build talent pipelines and partner with the Talent Acquisition team to support growth.

The role requires at least 1 year of sourcing or recruitment experience, familiarity with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter, and the ability to manage multiple vacancies while maintaining confidentiality and strong stakeholder relationships within the People Team.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in talent sourcing, recruitment, or HR administration.
• Experience sourcing candidates for technical, professional, specialist and hard-to-fill roles.
• Experience using ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience coordinating interviews and pre-employment checks.
• Ability to build talent pipelines and manage multiple vacancies.

Responsibilities

• Create, post and manage job advertisements across relevant boards, LinkedIn, social media and other recruitment platforms.
• Source qualified candidates through multiple channels.
• Conduct initial outreach/screening and maintain regular engagement with candidates.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and Hiring Managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS and respond to inquiries.
