Job summary

Boeing Commercial Aviation Services Europe Limited in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a Support Engineering Data Intern to assist in analyzing technical requirements, collect source data, and develop or maintain maintenance publication elements.

This 12-month placement offers mentoring and exposure to engineering data workflows, with opportunities to coordinate with stakeholders and validate publications across aircraft maintenance domains.

Qualifications

• Right to work in the United Kingdom; visa sponsorship not provided.
• Studying towards a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering.
• Solid IT and communications skills.
• Knowledge and experience of aircraft maintenance and repair.
• Ability to work on multiple projects with varying requirements efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing technical requirements to determine project scope and deliverables.
• Assist with the collection, research and analysis of source data.
• Research and evaluate engineering source data and specifications.
• Develop or maintain technical publication elements for all levels of maintenance, retrofit and repair.
• Coordinate the preparation of illustrative materials.
• Coordinate engineering requirements, schedule and status with all stakeholders.
• Conduct quality and in-process reviews including the validation of technical publications.
