Boeing Commercial Aviation Services Europe Limited in Welwyn Garden City is seeking a Support Engineering Data Intern for Summer 2027. The role focuses on researching and assembling maintenance, modification and repair information for Boeing's commercial fleet, using automated tools and authoring systems.

Candidates study engineering fields (Electrical/Avionics, Mechanical, or Structural). The position is hybrid, includes training and mentoring, and requires right to work in the UK.

Support Engineering Data Intern- Summer 2027 Company: Boeing Commercial Aviation Services Europe Limited

Our products support the maintenance, modification and repair of the Boeing commercial fleet and the users of our products require concise, accurate technical documentation.

We are wishing to hire an Electrical/Avionics, Mechanical, or Structural engineer with a passion to support our airline customers, in the role of a Support Engineering Data Intern. The role will be based out of our Welwyn Garden City site.

Our engineers research and integrate engineering inputs to create airplane maintenance, modification and repair information using a variety of automated research tools and authoring systems.

Training and mentoring will be provided as part of our culture of continuous professional development.

Position Responsibilities

• Assist in analyzing technical requirements to determine project scope and deliverables

Hiring details

• This requisition is for a locally hired position in Welwyn Garden City.
• Benefits and pay are determined at the local level and are not part of Boeing U.S. based payroll.
• This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at Welwyn Garden City. This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.
