Job summary

Menzies Aviation in the United Kingdom is seeking a shift supervisor to manage de-icers, aircraft cleaners and cleaners/drivers across 150–200 staff. You will ensure aircrafts are de-iced, cleaned and serviced to airline standards within agreed timescales.

Role requires coordinating resources, communicating with airlines and customers, and maintaining health and safety, reports and shift documentation. Training and leadership of a team will be part of the duties.

Responsibilities

• Allocate staff and equipment to flights.
• Liaise with customers on flights and by telephone.
• Understand the office coordinator role and perform this function.
• Complete all delay, accident and shift reports.
• Coordinate training needs within shifts.
• Uphold Health & Safety rules across operations.
