JMTechnical Group is seeking a highly organised Sales Administrator to support our commercial activities in the aviation industry. The role is central to the business and serves as the first point of contact for customers, suppliers, and potential clients, ensuring enquiries, quotes, and orders are handled promptly and accurately.

You will manage tenders, lead generation, and sales documentation, liaise with engineering and operations teams, and maintain precise records.

• Relevant experience in sales administration or commercial administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong written skills for emails, quotes, and correspondence.
• Excellent organisational abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient with CRM/ERP systems and office software.

• Identify and track aviation-related tenders and sales opportunities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for potential and existing customers.
• Prepare, issue, and manage quotations, purchase orders, and sales documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotes, and orders.
