Responsibilities

  • Manage the Event Investigation and Analyses Program for quality investigations.
  • Write and submit safety investigation reports.
  • Upload investigations into Centrik and manage preventive actions.
  • Maintain the investigation database for timely actions.
  • Manage Mandatory Occurrence Reports (MORs) and timely closeouts.
  • Assist Group Safety Manager and provide inputs to the Safety Newsletter.
