Job summary
MAG (Airports Group) East Midlands Airport is seeking an experienced Airfield Safety & Compliance Officer to strengthen business continuity and resilience across airfield operations. The role sits in the Resilience Team at East Midlands Airport, coordinating with internal and external partners to embed robust continuity planning and disruption response.
You will lead CBCI-qualified practice with strong communication and influencing skills, engaging colleagues up to Director level to ensure
Qualifications
- CBCI qualification (minimum) with practical application of BCMS experience.
Responsibilities
- Embed a culture of business continuity and resilience across the Airport, engaging stakeholders to own continuity.
- Ensure a robust BCMS in place aligned with ISO22301 requirements.
- Develop, maintain and deliver dynamic, risk-based continuity plans for EMA.
- Support all departments to develop effective business impact analyses and continuity plans.
- Implement a testing and validation programme to ensure plan effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain an audit programme for BC at EMA.
- Develop tools to provide timely management information on business continuity.
