A leading aerospace company is seeking a highly motivated Aviation Quality Assurance Manager to maintain quality systems and ensure compliance with industry standards. The role includes managing technical records, leading audits, and driving continuous improvement. Ideal candidates will have aviation experience and knowledge of ISO standards. This is a full-time position offering a mix of remote and on-site work based in Thame, UK.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or maintaining quality systems within an aviation environment.
• Knowledge of ISO, ASA, AFRA, and Rolls‑Royce SABRe.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical records and documentation.
• Oversee audits and compliance with quality systems.
• Ensure procedures are established for Airworthiness Regulations.

Skills
