A leading aerospace recruitment consultancy is seeking a Quality Manager to join a well-established manufacturing team in Southend-on-Sea. This key leadership position involves maintaining the Quality Management System, managing the Inspection team, and ensuring compliance with aerospace standards such as AS9100 and ISO 9100. The ideal candidate will have proven aerospace experience, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to quality excellence. This is a Monday–Friday role in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in the aerospace sector.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9100 / AS9100 and EASA regulations.
• Qualified in conducting internal and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Maintain quality control throughout manufacturing.
• Lead and manage Inspection and Test departments.
• Conduct audits to ISO 9100 and AS9100 standards.
