Job summary

easyJet is seeking a Project Manager to deliver integrated change projects (people, processes, technology) within the enterprise portfolio and across workstreams. You will report to the Senior Project Manager or Portfolio Delivery Lead and collaborate with technology leads to develop end-to-end delivery plans, managing risks and benefits to improve business performance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering cross-functional change projects.
• Familiar with MSP, APM, Prince2 Practitioner, and Agile Scrum.
• Proven ability to lead 15+ person project teams (incl. third-party suppliers).

Responsibilities

• Deliver integrated change projects (people, process, technology) with focus on business outcomes.
• Align project design with easyJet delivery framework.
• Collaborate with Senior Project Manager to secure sponsorship and stakeholder support.
• Coordinate with technology leads to develop end-to-end delivery plans.
• Decompose projects into deliverables and workstreams for timely value.
• Identify critical path to ensure on-time delivery.
• Define and manage resource requirements with owners across functions.
• Establish and maintain robust project controls.
• Mobilise and manage project teams to meet goals.
• Manage risks, issues and dependencies; plan interventions as needed.
• Conduct project and workstream peer reviews for assurance.
