Job summary

Gama Aviation Ltd. is expanding its Training function and seeks an experienced Part 145 Trainer to deliver, maintain and create training materials for engineering teams.

The role is based in Bournemouth, with full-time hours and potential travel to other locations. Candidates should hold or have experience with adult learning qualifications (QLTS/QTS or equivalent) and possess knowledge of EWIS, FTS, Human Factors and aircraft maintenance training within a regulatory framework.

Qualifications

• Qualification in adult learning or demonstrable experience developing and delivering training.
• Experience in Part-147/Part-145/Part-21 environments or teaching at A-level/HNC or above.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant training online and in person at locations worldwide.
• Develop and deliver Continuation Training, EWIS, FTS and Human Factors.
• Assess training needs and recommend suitable courses.
• Create and author training materials and supporting documentation.
• Support audits and drive continuous training improvements.
