A leading aviation training provider is seeking a Part 145 Trainer based in Bournemouth. This full-time role involves delivering and developing training material across various aviation subjects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in training, excellent communication skills, and adaptability. Qualifications

• Hold a qualification in adult learning or possess experience of devising and delivering training.
• Ability to handle pressure and cope with change.
• Prepared to travel to other company locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver compliant training online and in person.
• Develop and deliver Continuation Training.
• Creation of training material and supporting documentation.

Skills

Adult learning qualification or experience

Previous experience in a Part-147/Part-145/Part-21 environment

Ability to deliver training courses

Excellent communication skills
