Job summary

2Excel Aviation Ltd in Doncaster seeks a proactive Maintenance Operations Coordinator to ensure aircraft readiness. You will de-brief crew, coordinate with engineering, and drive defect resolution in a fast-paced environment, while prioritising safety and compliance.

The role requires strong knowledge of Part M/Part CAMO/Part 145, excellent IT skills, and clear stakeholder communication. You will work shifts (5 on/5 off, 4 on/5 off, 5 on/4 off) and support MEL compliance, AOG recovery, and

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role within aviation maintenance or operations.
• Strong knowledge of aviation regulatory frameworks and MEL processes.
• Excellent communication with crews, engineers and operations teams.

Responsibilities

• De-brief crew after defects and relay information to engineers for troubleshooting.
• Ensure defects are rectified or managed per MEL and data, with approved MROs.
• Communicate aircraft status to Operations and Business Units.
• Maintain accurate aircraft status records across systems.
• Coordinate defect investigations and AOG recovery cost-effectively.
• Prioritise daily line maintenance to meet deadlines while ensuring compliance.
