Job summary

Airbus Operations Limited is seeking an Operations Analyst Intern to turn complex operational and engineering data into actionable insights. You will work on performance monitoring, data manipulation, and continuous improvement to maximise fleet availability.

The role offers hands-on experience in a high-stakes aerospace environment with exposure to Power BI, SQL, and Python-based tooling.

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in a degree program with a quantitative focus.
Proven ability to manipulate, clean, and structure raw data.
Hands-on experience building dashboards and data models in Power BI.

Responsibilities

Track RAF A400M fleet metrics, availability, and maintenance logs to inform decisions.
Assist in building dashboards to monitor fleet health and KPIs.
Monitor workflows across teams to identify bottlenecks and delays.
Generate regular performance reports for data-driven leadership decisions.
Clean, structure, and merge datasets from multiple systems for analysis.
Automate repetitive data collection and reporting workflows.
Document data workflows and SOPs for the operations team.
Investigate data trends to perform root-cause analysis on delays.
Identify repetitive tasks and data silos to streamline processes.
Collaborate to translate insights into standardized operational improvements.
Develop CI mastery and practical data manipulation using BI tools.
