Draken Europe seeks an experienced Obsolescence Manager to lead the Obsolescence Management Function, ensuring continued aircraft fleet performance and regulatory compliance. The role involves driving proactive solutions, liaising with OEMs and design authorities, and delivering on safety and quality commitments.

Applicants should have proven Continuing Airworthiness and obsolescence management experience, with strong regulatory knowledge (EASA/CAA/FAA) and leadership capabilities to mentor

Competenze

• Proven experience in Continuing Airworthiness Management and obsolescence management.
• Strong knowledge of EASA/CAA/FAA regulations where applicable.
• Leadership experience and ability to mentor teams.

Mansioni

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to EASA, UK CAA, UK MAA, and other aviation regs.
• Obsolescence Management: Develop and implement the Obsolescence Management System Programme and resolve risks.
• Safety & Quality: Support the SMS and address audit findings with corrective actions.
• Business Performance: Deliver operational and financial targets on time and within budget.
