Job summary

Vista Aircraft Maintenance in Farnborough is recruiting a Supply Chain Manager to lead purchasing, logistics and stores for the MRO operation. You will manage a global supply chain, ensure compliance with EASA and FAA considerations, and drive cost control and efficiency.

The role requires Part 145 MRO experience, strong communication, and hands-on leadership of a team. UK work-rights, airside pass, and a full driving licence are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Part 145 MRO environment.
• Knowledge of import/export clearance processes.
• Experience with supplier onboarding, finance and compliance.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and MS Office.
• Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom.
• Ability to obtain an airside pass.
• Full, clean driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead purchasing, logistics and stores across Vista Aircraft Maintenance.
• Provide direct line management, development and annual evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with airworthiness and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee supplier management and approvals with compliance.
• Analyze performance data and track KPIs.
• Support Stores manager with goods in/out, stock and tooling control.
• Coordinate with Finance to manage costs and approvals.
• Ensure 24/7 logistics capability for global activity.
• Provide required regulatory training and environmental compliance.
• Maintain information security and risk management.
