Job summary

Anthony Marks in Farnborough is seeking an experienced Aviation Supply Chain Manager to lead the end-to-end supply chain for aviation products. You will manage stock levels, review proposals and invoices with attention to cost control, and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers and vendors to ensure smooth operations.

The role requires high-level problem solving, excellent organisation, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with Aviation supply chain.
• Experience of high-level interaction.
• Ability to problem solve within a pressured environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a Team.
• Good organisation skills.
• Driving License.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications / IT Literate
• Flexibility in supporting the business.

Responsibilities

• Managing complete supply chain for all aviation products.
• Review high level proposals and invoices, to ensure all requirements are captured within the proposal, as well as all costs are kept in line with the ownership's expectations.
• Ensure all relationships with both manufacturers and vendors are maintained.
• Review approved data from applicable OEM's / STC's to ensure all requirements are captured, to include any parts / third party requirements.
• Ensure all departments are kept upto date on all supply chain time frames for just in time maintenance and AOG situations.
• Role model to the business.
• Ability to travel.

My Client are a rapidly expanding and leading Aircraft Specialist. As part of their continued expansion, this thriving business is looking for an experienced Aviation Supply Chain Manager. The successful applicant will be working from their multi million pound state of the art location, where they currently maintain and fix high end, a substantial fleet of multi million pound Jets.

• Managing complete supply chain for all aviation products
