Job summary

ICF is seeking Engagement Managers to join our Airlines & MRO team in London. You will serve as the day-to-day project manager on challenging, global initiatives spanning airline operations, MRO, digital transformation and strategic planning.

The role emphasizes on-site client work, building trusted relationships, and guiding junior staff while managing budgets and risk. Travel extensively to support an international client base and contribute to proposals, thought leadership and business

Qualifications

• 5+ years in aviation or strategic consulting
• Aviation background preferred
• Proficient with MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
• Willingness for extensive international travel

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day point of contact with Clients; role on-site
• Build long-term trusted relationships with Clients
• Stakeholder management; balance Client, partners and ICF needs
• Develop reports and presentations to synthesize analyses
• Lead consulting teams; ensure timely delivery of solutions
• Mentor and train junior staff
• Foster collaboration across Aviation and ICF teams
• Develop project budgets, scopes and manage risks
