Job summary

• Extensive experience in technology delivery or programme leadership within large, complex service engagements.
• Ability to lead six functional discipline heads (Product, Design, Delivery, Quality, Engineering and SRE) as a single leadership team.
• Expertise in maintaining multi-channel digital product alignment and identifying reusable components.
• Experience establishing and maintaining a centralized programme value ledger and managing trade-offs and blockers.
• Paired leadership model with a client-facing Engagement Manager to balance commercial and delivery realities.

Responsibilities

• Lead six functional discipline heads (Product, Design, Delivery, Quality, Engineering, SRE) as one leadership team.
• Maintain multi-channel digital product alignment across web and mobile touchpoints.
• Establish and maintain a centralized programme value ledger and drive cross-discipline trade-offs.
• Operate in a paired leadership model with an Account/Engagement Manager for delivery accountability.
• Own client satisfaction, trust, and delivery health as core KPIs.
