Job summary

Volare Aviation Limited is seeking an experienced Materials & Supply Chain Manager to oversee sourcing, purchasing, stock control and logistics across its fleets from Oxford, UK. You will lead Purchasing and Stores, manage supplier relations and AOG requirements, ensure regulatory compliance and drive improvements in inventory, cost control and material availability.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in private aviation.
• Proven experience in a managerial role.
• Fixed wing and rotary experience in parts procurement is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sourcing, purchasing and stock control of aircraft parts and tooling.
• Lead Purchasing and Stores teams and manage supplier relationships.
• Ensure regulatory compliance (CAA, EASA, 2-REG) and traceability of materials.
• Optimize inventory, AOG response times and cost control.
• Manage import/export, customs and global shipping.
• Maintain supplier performance, SLA adherence and data accuracy.
