GE Aerospace Cheltenham is offering a Manufacturing Engineering Apprentice scheme on a 4-year rotation to learn end-to-end manufacturing through the lens of a Manufacturing Engineer. You will study Level 4 Engineering Manufacturing Technician apprenticeship with GET, with 1 day college release weekly and on-site rotations across departments.

This program develops problem solving, lean manufacturing, and quality improvement skills, while mentoring you toward a permanent role in a global aviation

Formación

• GCSEs including Maths and English at grade C/4 or above.
• A-Levels in Maths or Engineering at grade C or above.

Responsabilidades

• Rotate through Manufacturing Engineering departments to gain end-to-end understanding.
• Study Level 4 Engineering Manufacturing Technician apprenticeship with GET.
• Develop skills in lean manufacturing, quality improvement and project management.
• Prepare final portfolio and aim for a permanent role.
