SMBC Group EMEA seeks a professional to advance aviation finance and credit risk work. You will assist in preparing and reviewing annual credit assessments and new-business proposals, collaborating with Front Office teams to build well-reasoned recommendations for senior credit approvers.

You will operate as part of the second line of defence, providing independent credit-risk oversight across new transactions and ongoing portfolio management within aviation sectors, including aircraft, engines

Qualifikationen

• Degree or ACA/ACCA/ACT/CFA or equivalent qualifications
• Experience in credit, risk, finance, or analytical roles (around 2+ years)
• Understanding of financial products such as corporate lending, leasing, derivatives, capital markets, or asset finance

• Support the preparation and review of annual credit assessments and new-business proposals with Front Office teams
