Job summary

World Fuel Services Europe, Ltd. is recruiting a Supply Analyst - Aviation Fuel (Europe) based in Canary Wharf, London. You will manage inventories, schedule deliveries, and coordinate haulage to ensure reliable, cost-efficient fuel supply for the EMEA region.

Responsibilities include transaction processing, market analysis, and performance improvement initiatives, working closely with ITP agents, suppliers and site operators to resolve operational issues.

Responsibilities

• Actively manage and schedule fuel inventories to maintain optimal stock balances.
• Ensure accurate scheduling of fuel deliveries into inventory locations.
• Liaise with agents, suppliers, and service providers to support inventory requirements.
• Schedule and monitor pipeline and truck deliveries into inventory locations.
• Assess and develop effective supply mix based on current and potential options.
• Ensure timely entry, verification and processing of bulk transactions; manage payments and receivables.
• Analyze supply and demand trends; identify opportunities to enhance supply chain value.
• Develop weekly haulage nominations and coordinate daily with haulage providers.
• Build relationships with suppliers and logistics partners; drive continuous improvements.
• Develop and analyse quarterly KPIs for haulage contracts; support efficiency initiatives.
